You can back up and restore files as often as required directly to your local machine with our easy-to-use backup utility provided in your web control panel. Although we do regular data backups, we do not guarantee availability of data so we strongly urge you to do backups at your end. Our admins can restore data if backups are available for a nominal one time fee.
